Download

After downloading the .zip file, open it and extract the .exe installer.
Start the installer by double-clicking it.

The installer will start, and during the installation process, you only need to
click the "Next" button in each dialog.

When the last dialog appears, make sure the “Launch TotalFolder” option is enabled, then
click “Finish” to start the program’s user interface.

When you first start TotalFolder, a dialog for configuring the software will appear, allowing you to:
select the folders and email accounts to be scanned;
set the scanning and processing parameters;
set the database and backup folders.

TotalFolder help can be accessed by clicking Help -> Help in the menu.
